All coaching plans include access to Training Peaks which is an online training log. All schedules are tailored and personalized to your individual needs. 3 month minimum subscription. 20% discount offered for a year purchased in advance. Initial consultation and set up fee $75.

•    What are your goals for the year? Next year?

•    What motivates you? Are you a fire breather, or do you like to smell the roses? (I like to smell the roses)

•    How many years have you been doing sport? Name sports, (starting with triathlon)  and work your way back in time. Mention number of years and level of activity. eg “trained X number of hours per week” or “social 3x week” etc

•    How much time do you have for training? How many hours per week do you work, (include travel) are you in a relationship, do you have kids?

•    Do you know your max heart rate and anaerobic threshold?   Have you ever had physiological testing done?

•    Mention a few favorite work outs.

•    Any other activities and sports?

•    Any injury problems or any other problems that might limit your training? Do you get regular massage?

•    Training environment: Where do you live? How is the weather? Do you have hills, good trails? Altitude? Feel free to elaborate.

•    What is your height and weight? What was it last year? Ten years ago? Specific weight goals?
