		<description>Hello,

My name is Curt and I would like to compete in my first Xterra. This event will be held in Northern California 3/29/09. I consider myself an athlete of fair to good fitness, I am 46 and have a resting HR of about 40 bpm. I have raced mountain bikes, however I have been riding my road bike more to help keep my base. I run apprx. 15 to 20 mi./wk. and cycle between 50 and 75 mi/wk. Not a great swimmer but I can keep myself from drowning. I would definatley be intersested in some coaching. What are your programs and rates?
Thanks,

Curt</description>
